Breed today joined the Department on the Status of Women (DOSW), Elected and City leaders, and community advocates to celebrate Women’s History Month at City Hall. Mizan Dadres-Oman , 16, was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Foerster Street, located towards the southern part of San Francisco. She is described as a Black teen, 5-foot-3 and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
