It is my honor to invite you to attend my inauguration as Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco.

The ceremony is standing room only and space is extremely limited, so kindly RSVP to inaugural@sfgov.org. All visitors to City Hall must go through security - no boxes, large bags, posters, signs, flags, umbrellas, gifts, food, or beverages other than water will be allowed. Cameras are permitted. This event is free and open to the public.

Breed and Supervisor Rafael Mandelman Tuesday announced that the City is in advanced negotiations to purchase the existing building and parcel at 1939 Market Street to convert it to new affordable housing. The project will provide 100% permanently affordable housing and will likely serve low-income seniors in the area. The property is located at the intersection of Duboce Avenue and Market Street.
