Join business and intellectual property attorney Galia Aharoni Schmidt and learn about all things IP. In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of the main four types of intellectual property -- copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent -- including how they work, what rights you have and when, how to protect your intellectual property, and what to do if someone infringes your rights.
Meet the Presenter: Galia Aharoni Schmidt is the founding attorney of Aharoni Business Law, PC. ABL works with entrepreneurs to relieve stress and protect their futures by providing in-house counsel services adapted to the needs of each individual small business. These services include forming new entities like LLCs and Corporations, drafting client contracts and independent contractor agreements, preparing employment handbooks and other documents to prevent employee lawsuits, and protecting intellectual property.

This is an online video conference using Zoom.

and again 1 hour prior.
The workshop will be recorded.

Breed and the Office of Economic and Workforce Development announced a new outdoor concert series in San Francisco. Program will fund outdoor music performances in parks and plazas across San Francisco beginning in May.
Tanisha Nicole Cyprian, a talented emerging business owner at the time of her enrollment in the program that teamed the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc. San Francisco Chapter and the City of San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, continues to grow and flourish recently adding magazine feature appearances to her business strategy. Jackie Wright, CEO of Wright Enterprises conceived and developed the program that gives women well paid training opportunities, is pleased to get reports of women who have benefited from the experience.
