Fund raising
simultaneously for an employment training opportunity is a unique model
that the chapter hopes others will utilize.
While the San Francisco Chapter creates a wonderful weekend of fun it is also creating the opportunity for two people over the age of 55, two long-term unemployed job seekers, and three youth ( high school to post graduate) to earn while they work. Over a minimum of 90 days, they will learn skills in the area of public relations, media relations, marketing, event planning and tourism.
